Australian Deliveries

Normally, all goods are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse same or next business day.

All parcels are sent via the Australia Post network.

mihi offers Standard Delivery and Express Post to most areas within Australia.

Rates are as follows:


  • Standard delivery $12.95

  • Express delivery $20.00

  • NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Australia Post are experiencing lengthy delays in their network. Please note that mihi cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.

    All delivery charges are added to your basket at the time of purchase.

    Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details which will allow you to track your order via the Australia Post website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to be registered in the Australia Post systems.

    We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.

    NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES

    We currently offer standard delivery to New Zealand. Items are delivered by standard international air mail with signature on delivery.

    You should receive your order in approximately 10 - 21 business days.

    Please note that delivery charges do not include relevant customs duties or taxes that may be incurred, and these charges are payable by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

    At present mihi only delivers to Australia and New Zealand addresses and does not ship any goods outside of these countries.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    At mihi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the even that something has gone wrong, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please read our policies below prior to contacting us.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

    If you change your mind / receive an unwanted gift:

    If you change your mind or received an unwanted gift, you may return your item(s) within our 30-day return period from date of purchase. 

    Contact us through the CONTACT US page and our team will be in touch regarding the returns process.

    Please ensure you provide your order number and any further information in the message to ensure we can action as quickly as possible.

    Generally, products will be required to be sent back to mihi home via a reply paid label provided via our customer service team.

  • items must be returned in new condition – In box / packaging provided;

  • proof of purchase is required;

  • refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned;

  • If there is an issue with your order / experience a fault with your product:

    If there is an issue with your order IE The order was damaged in transit or arrived less than perfect, OR there is a fault with your product;

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    The benefits given under this Special warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies you many have under a law in relation to Special Warranty Products.

    In terms of the expense of making a claim under either the Special Warranties or the Australian Consumer Law:

    If you are making a claim under the Special warranty, you will be required to pay the cost of making a claim.

    If you are making a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, you will not be required to pay the cost of making a claim.

    How long do I have to return or exchange a purchase?

    Our return period is 30 days from date of purchase for change of mind. However, if your product is damaged or faulty within the warranty period of 12-month please get in touch with us and we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

    WARRANY PERIODS

    What is the standard warranty period on non-electrical item(s)?

    Any mihi non-Electrical product deemed to be 'Broken/Faulty' and within the returns time frame, may be exchanged or refunded.

    Our returns period is 30 days from date of purchase.

    What is the warranty period on electrical item(s)?

    All electrical items (example: MoodMist® Diffusers) come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase.

    Any MoodMist® Diffusers deemed 'Faulty' within the 1-year warranty time frame, may be exchanged, or refunded.
